Warranty policy

We guarantee all the products we sold out are highly qualified, we offer free service by following warranty policy:

Warranty Policy:

  1. Warranty Period: if our products (Smart Control System, Water Monitoring System, Sensor) develops a defect within one (1) year of the installation date, the customer is entitled to free repair by our after-service team.
  2. Warranty for Repaired or Exchanged Products: it comes with 90days of warranty after repaired or exchanged. It will keep the original warranty period if the period is validity and longer than 90days.
  3. Disclaimer Clause:
    1. We are not liable to the customer or any third party for any losses, cost, damages or expense incurred arising directly or indirectly from force majeure, any misuse or unintended use of the products. Force majeure as referred to in this term means natural disasters, like earthquake、typhoon、 tsunamis、extraordinary floods....etc.
    2. Consumable (electrode or strainer of sensor, accessories) are not warranty.
  4. Service Window: to report any issue or defect, you can contact with our service center or retailer in your area.

We reserve the right to modify, to insert, and/or to withdraw any part of the policy.
